Welcome to Lyndoch Creek Wines! We are dedicated to providing high-quality wines and exceptional customer service. This section outlines our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We believe in transparency and aim to ensure that your wine reaches you in perfect condition. Our commitment to you is to deliver a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please feel free to contact us. We work hard to ensure that your order is carefully packed and promptly dispatched. Your satisfaction is our priority.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a couple of hours of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or alternative courier within 5-10 working days; however, if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. If goods are sent via courier, the parcel will be delivered to your house, and if you are not at home, they will leave a notification of attempted delivery to collect the parcel at your nearest collection agency location. This location may be a newsagency or an allocated business which you will have to go and collect yourself, once the parcel is at the agency we cannot move it from there. REFUND POLICY

At Lyndoch Creek Wines, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We take pride in our products and are confident that you will love them. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.

A 10 working day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods applies. Please email us at info@lyndochcreekwines.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you to consider shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Lyndoch Creek Wines will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Orders given free freight will typically be shipped via Ground (AusPost or TNT).
Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your product as quickly as possible.
