After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a couple of hours of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or alternative courier within 5-10 working days; however, if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. If goods are sent via courier, the parcel will be delivered to your house, and if you are not at home, they will leave a notification of attempted delivery to collect the parcel at your nearest collection agency location. This location may be a newsagency or an allocated business which you will have to go and collect yourself, once the parcel is at the agency we cannot move it from there.
